1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the judifree platform, including the website, mobile app, online games, and all services offered through our platform. These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy judifree.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the judifree platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the judifree platform.

2 Member Eligibility

• Place of residence: You must be an individual accessing the platform from a location not prohibited by local law. The responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws rests entirely with the member.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under legal guardianship or declared bankrupt are not permitted to register.
• Not a judifree employee: Employees, business partners, agents, or any individuals with a direct relationship with judifree are not permitted to play using their personal accounts.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on judifree. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and their balances.

3 Registration & Account

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. judifree uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and official communications with members.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential
• Ensuring all information in your account profile is accurate and up to date
• Notifying judifree immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• Protecting the device used to access your judifree account from third-party access

Judifree shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by another party, whether with or without your knowledge, if this occurs as a result of your own negligence or actions.

Process KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory for all judifree members. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and other supporting documents related to the payment method used.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Judifree supports multiple payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed instantly while withdrawals are completed within 15 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen payment method.

Deposit Policy:

5 Bonus & Promotions

• Involvement in fraudulent activities, collusion, or money laundering
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, judifree reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and wins associated with fraudulent activity. Valid real-money balances may be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming
